Terms of Service

By accessing or using Makaan's services, website, or coworking spaces, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Makaan provides coworking space services including: • Shared desk and hot desk access • Private office rentals • Meeting room bookings • Event space rentals • Amenities including WiFi, kitchen facilities, and biometric access

To use our services, you must: • Create an account with accurate information • Be at least 18 years old • Keep your account credentials secure • Notify us of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activities under your account.

• Bookings are confirmed upon successful payment • Prices are displayed in the local currency (SAR or SYP) • All fees are non-refundable unless cancelled according to our cancellation policy • Monthly memberships are billed in advance • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice

• Hourly bookings: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before • Monthly memberships: 30 days notice required • No-shows may be charged the full booking amount • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

While using our spaces, you agree to: • Treat all members and staff with respect • Keep noise levels appropriate for a work environment • Not engage in illegal or harmful activities • Not damage or misuse our facilities • Follow all posted rules and staff instructions • Not smoke or use prohibited substances on premises

• Biometric access is provided for registered members • Access credentials are non-transferable • You must not share access with unauthorized persons • Report any security concerns to staff immediately • We may revoke access for violations of these terms

• All Makaan branding, content, and materials are our property • You may not use our trademarks without permission • Your work and intellectual property remain yours

• We are not liable for personal items left in our spaces • We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability • Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services • We recommend securing valuable items and data

We may terminate or suspend your account if you: • Violate these terms • Engage in harmful or illegal activities • Fail to pay for services • Damage our property or reputation

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes via email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
